In 2023, I left a career of over 25 years in the highly competitive B2B software industry where I had an extensive track record of leading teams that closed multi-million-dollar deals. I decided to focus on helping smaller companies with their Go-To-Market sales strategies. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to be an Executive in Residence for the Arizona Commerce Authority to advise Founders and help them as they navigate their next phase of growth. Furthermore, I am a Venture Partner with Monsoon Venture Fund I that invests in companies based here in Arizona. It has been an amazing journey and I look forward to working with new Founders.

In this program she advised small start up company founders on their sales strategies and provided sage advice on the various ACA panels and that was well received and invaluable. As a member of the 2024 Venture Ready Accelerator, initially, Jane was appointed as our Executive in Residence (EIR). The relationship may have started there but it organically blossomed into something much more significant. Jane not only provided sound advice and coaching on positioning and focus, she dove into AlgoFace headfirst. She took ownership of the relationship with our key partner and to this day continues to support and drive these efforts forward.
I worked with Jane in the past during software selection and implementation. She was really customer focused, listened to our needs and provided outstanding support and problem solving skills. I really enjoyed working with her.
Jane was an effective sales leader whom I worked with at Cyence (a cybersecurity startup acquired by Guidewire Software). I worked with her as a leader of the product development team. She led the sales team to position the Cyence offering in a new way to a new market which ended up with big results, a multi-year multi-million dollar contract with one of the world’s leading specialty insurance carriers. It was a pleasure working with Jane and her team to land this marquee customer.
